I think that manners for cell phones are very important because even though technology is great, we must not abuse it. We must be courteous to other people. I think that cell phones should not be used while driving because it poses a threat to other drivers and you are much more prone to get into a car accident. Also people should not be texting in class because as the teacher is talking you dont want to interrupt them, it is only fair to them that you pay attention and listen.
